  • Why are you in NSW?

    Most people don’t realise that the border between NSW and Queensland actually runs right through the middle of the Gold Coast Airport. We needed premises that would be large enough to handle the growth of our business that was as close as possible to the Airport.

  • Why should I park with RAP?

    Reddy Airport Parking has been running for nearly 13 years. We pride ourselves on what matters most… you, the customer. We keep our rates low and service standards high, so you can enjoy your trip without worrying about your vehicle. Our customers cars are parked under cover on-site, something our competitors cannot do! You will have peace of mind knowing that your car is parked where you drop it off, and not driven to some obscure destination that you know nothing about. We have two shuttle’s than can cater for even the busiest times, so you will not miss that flight. Lastly, our website booking system is quick and easy, especially if you are a repeat customer as you wont have to fill out all the same details over and over.

  • How do I make a booking?

    You can make a booking by visiting our BOOKING page and filling out the form, it is a quick and easy process. As a bonus we offer a 5% discount if you select to pay by credit card. Note: Your card will not be charged until your booking has been approved by a RAP staff member, which you will then receive an email confirmation. If you have made a booking and not received an email confirmation within 48 hours, please call us on 07 5536 8585.

    When you make a booking we will automatically create an account for you and send you an email containing your password (which you can change as soon as you log in). You will then be able to login from the MEMBER page and view your booking history or edit current bookings.

  • Do I need to keep filling in my details for future bookings?

    No. If you have booked with us before an account would have automatically been created for you using your email address and the password you set during the booking process (if you chose not to set a password at the time then one is generated for you and emailed to you). Please sign in to your account from the MY ACCOUNT page and all your details will be entered for you.

    If you have changed any information like car rego or phone number, you can update them from your PROFILE or use the updated information while placing your next booking and these details will automatically be updated for you.

  • How do I find you?

    From the SOUTH: Heading north up the Pacific Hwy, go PAST the Tweed Heads exit and take the next exit that is Kennedy Drive. Turn RIGHT onto Kennedy Drive, and then go about 150 metres and turn LEFT at the lights into Ducat Street (BP on the corner). Travel about 1km up Ducat Street until you see red and green stripes on the road and then turn LEFT into OURIMBAH ROAD. Travel along Ourimbah road past the yellow Surfside bus depot, and RAP is on the LEFT.

    From the NORTH: Travel south down the Pacific Hwy and stay on through to the Tugan Bypass. When you get to the tunnel, keep in the left hand lane, and immediately you exit the tunnel take the next exit that is Tweed Heads/Coolangatta. Go STRAIGHT THROUGH at the set of lights down to a stop sign. Turn LEFT into Kennedy Drive, and then immediately Left again at the lights into Ducat Street (BP on the corner). Travel up Ducat Street about 1km until you see red and green stripes on the road, this is where you will turn left into OURIMBAH ROAD. Travel along Ourimbah Road past Surfside Bus depot, and RAP is on the LEFT.

  • Why should I pay extra to park Indoor?

    Our warehouse is a fully enclosed, secure storage facility that is ideally suited to long term parking. For short term stays of 2 – 10 days, open air or undercover parking is more cost effective.

  • Can I book car parking over the phone?

    Yes you can book over the phone by calling 07 5536 8585. If you are able to book and pay online you can save even more!

    Feel free to call us for a quote for any parking of oversize, over length or car/caravan/trailer combinations.

  • How do I change my parking reservation?

    The easiest way to change your reservation is to log into your account from the MY ACCOUNT page where you can view or edit your booking. When you book your first reservation an account is automatically created for you using your email address and the password you set during the booking process (if you chose not to set a password at the time then one is generated for you and emailed to you).

    Alternatively you can change your parking reservation by email or by calling 07 5536 8585 and quoting your email address and booking ID.

  • What happens if I wish to cancel my booking?

    Call or email RAP and arrange for another date to park, or request a refund of your storage fee. Full refunds are given less a $10.00 administration fee.

    We can hold your payment and use it as a credit on your next booking with no administration fee payable.

  • Does it take long to check me in and get me to the airport?

    On average it only takes 2 minutes to check you in, and only 5 minutes to have you dropped off at the departures kerb.

    We can have you at the departures kerb quicker and without the stress and hassle that you get from the airports car parks!

  • Can I park my own car?

    Sorry, no. We provide a full valet service and to keep all customers cars safe from any type of incident, only our staff are allowed in our secure parking areas.

  • Where will my car be parked?

    All of our customers cars are parked within our premises. We have an overflow area next door that we use in peak times like Christmas and School Holidays.

  • Do you drive my car around the streets?

    No. Unlike our competitors, your car is not driven to an undisclosed area to park it. The only time we would drive it on public roads would be if you have requested work to be carried out like a service etc.
